Yes, each product is certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) with a
Hallmark. Most of our jewellery is made in 22Kt gold except for few which are made with 18Kt gold and are certified accordingly. We can assure you that we offer the risk-free guarantee without any complaints.
Our diamond jewellery is certified by IGI (INTERNATIONAL GEMOLOGICAL INSTITUTE) and comes with a certificate card issued by them. Almost all our diamond collections are E/F Colour and VVS Clarity.
Our retail outlets in India are located at Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, and Hyderabad. Our USA office is in Minnesota.
It depends on the workmanship of the product as we have karigars from
all over India. It will take 3–4 weeks for manufacturing most of our
products.
We have a lifelong buyback for all products. Products should be returned
to our retail stores in India to avail this facility.
USA SHIPPING- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer and check as well from USA bank accounts. All Credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute are processed via Paypal.
INDIA SHIPPING- We accept India issued Debit/Credit cards and bank transfer via RTGS/NEFT/IMPS from Indian bank accounts.

Yes, we do accept customized orders. Please email your design along with your Name and contact number to mail@kameswarijewellers.in to get a personalized quote. The final value might vary upon manufacturing as per actuals like gold weight, stone weight etc.
We accept returns on products shipped within India only up to 1 week from the date of delivery. All returns are finalized after verifying product condition. Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment in 5-7 working days upon acceptance. Now we don’t accept returns for products shipped to the USA.
